Passengers travelling between Mapusa and Mangaluru can now avail of a new bus service launched by the KTC.
Mapusa Municipal Council chairperson Priya Mishal inaugurated the KTC Mapusa-Mangaluru bus service in the presence of KTC General Manager Mahendra Pednekar, other KTC officials and passengers at the interstate bus terminus in Mapusa.
The KTC bus will leave from the Mapusa bus station at 6 pm, making stops at Panaji, Margao, Canacona, Karwar, Kumta, Honnavar, Murdeshwar Junction, and Bhatkal-Udupi, before culminating at Mangaluru.
The ticket will be priced at Rs 620, and bookings can be done at the Mapusa, Panaji, and Margao bus stations as well as on the KTC website.
Mishal thanked the KTC for starting this bus service from Mapusa and appealed to people to take full advantage of this facility.
