The MGP members made the demand after BJP Bicholim Mandal members declared that they won’t share Bicholim seat with the MGP.
Speaking to reporters, MGP member Tanaji Pal said the demand of the MGP activists from Bicholim is to allot Bicholim seat to MGP-BJP ally candidate and they have chosen MLA Sawal as the candidate for Bicholim seat.
The members said Bicholim seat should be allotted to MGP candidate which will be Naresh Sawal especially because Bicholim is MGP bastion and MGP activists from Bicholim have decided to back Sawal. MGP activists Santosh Amonkar, Mohan Gaonkar, Vijay Bordekar, Bhau Naik and others were present.
