Nat'l Lok Adalat on Feb 11
PANAJI: The National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi has desired that national Lok Adalats will be organised throughout the country every two month for all types of cases (pre-litigation and pending cases).
The first such Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on February 11, in all courts throughout the State.
All the litigants who desire for settlement and whose matters are pending before High Court, District Courts and Taluka Courts, may approach the Goa State Legal Services Authority, District Legal Services Authorities and Taluka Legal Services Committees for assistance in placing the same before the National Lok Adalat.
