“I would have assisted him in knowing many problems faced by the people, particularly the fishing community and several farmers due to irrigation problems,” Fernandes told The Goan.
“What can I say when the minister could not even get a boat arranged by people accompanying him to visit and see the fish cultivation cages put up into the sea? The minister had to satisfy himself by watching it from the Polem shore. I have nothing against the minister,” said Fernandes.
