The Mungul road under pass on the Colva-Margao road was back in the news again on Friday.
For the second time in a week, the height barrier was hit, this time by a JCB machinery leaving two two-wheeler riders injured.
Locals pointed out that the JCB hit the height barrier as a result of which the barrier came crashing down.
The two two-wheeler riders were crossing the road underpass leaving them with minor injuries.
Locals have demanded the repair of the height barrier and punishment of the traffic violators.
Last week, a cement concrete mixer hit the height barrier disrupting traffic on the busy Margao-Colva road.
