Despite being on the run, Rohan Harmalkar has managed to file a counter-complaint against Verla-based businessman Roy Fernandes for trespassing in the property owned by Deventure Hotel and Resorts Pvt Ltd in Anjuna and causing damage to its main gate worth Rs 500.
Based on the complaint of Harmalkar, Anjuna Police has registered a case against the alleged accused Roy Fernandes along with others.
According to police, Fernandes along with others broke the lock of the main gate of the Deventure Hotel and Resorts and trespassed inside and used filthy language against the complainant, who is a representative of Deventure Hotels and Resorts and the security personnel present at the site and also threatened them with dire consequences.
Police have registered a case against Fernandes and others under section 427, 447, 504, 506(ii) r/w 34IPC.
Further investigation is on.
