Bardez Mamlatdar, Dashrath Gawas will be the Returning Officer for nine village panchayats, while Joint Mamlatdar I Sandip Gaude and Joint Mamlatdar II Ranjeet Salgaonkar will be the Returning Officers and be in-charge of 11 and 13 panchayats, respectively.
Bardez Mamlatdar will be the Returning Officer for the panchayats of Salvador-do-Mundo, Penha de Franca, Reis Magos, Nerul, Pilerne-Marra, Calangute, Candolim, Saligao and Sangolda.
Similarly, the panchayats of Pomburpa-Olaulim, Socorro, Anjuna-Caisua, Assagao, Verla-Canca, Arpora-Nagoa, Parra, Siolim Marna, Siolim Sodiem, Oxel and Camurlim will come under Joint Mamlatdar I, while Joint Mamlatdar II will look after the panchayats of Colvale, Revora, Nadora, Pirna, Tivim, Sirsaim, Assonora, Aldona, Moira, Nachinola, Bastora, Ucassaim-Punola-Paliem and Guirim.
For the moment, the Returning Officers have begun the exercise in preparing ward-wise electoral rolls for the ensuing panchayat polls. The voter’s list will be kept open for public in the next couple of days.
