Parrikar skips Question hour

PANAJI: Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday skipped Question Hour forcing postponement of questions tabled by MLAs pertaining to the departments held by the ailing Francis D’Souza. Parrikar who had sent a ‘special request’ to postpone the questions to the Speaker Pramod Sawant who acceded to it, however came to the House soon after Question Hour and Zero Hour ended.
