The Panjim police station in charge, PI Sudesh Naik on Friday identified the items and property attached by the police in the Panjim police station attack case.
Pieces of stones, glass pieces of window panes, besides a banner saying suspend Panjim PI immediately which were attached by the police under panchanama after the police station attack incident were identified by PI Sudesh in the South Goa Sessions Court on Friday.
PI Sudesh also identified items such as bricks and stones, glass pieces, blood-soaked cotton, and control mud samples and attached panchanama including a VCD.
A jute bag which was in damaged and deteriorating condition was shown to the police officer and he identified the bag. It was submitted before the court that though the jute bag is in a damaged state, the items stacked in the bag were stored in a plastic bag.
Sessions Judge Irshad Agha who has been designated as a Special Judge to try criminal cases against politicians, later adjourned the trial to June 16 since the property in serial no 3, 4 and 7 were not produced before the court.
