Plaint of indecent behaviour
VASCO: Vasco Police on Tuesday registered an offence against an unidentified man for allegedly stripping in front of a 14-year-old schoolgirl at Chicalim.
According to Vasco Police, the victim student was returning from school at Chicalim when she noticed a man on a motorcycle, which was parked along the roadside, talking on his mobile phone.
The police added that on noticing the girl, the man stripped himself naked and later started chasing the girl. However, the girl managed to reach her colony at Chicalim and the man after noticing the security guard at the gate fled from the area.
Vasco Police have registered an offence against unknown person and is investigating the case.
