Former chief electrical engineer T Nagarajan on Tuesday submitted documents before the Sessions Court in respect of his application for discharge in the power rebate scam case allegedly involving former Power Minister Mauvin Godinho.
When the matter came up for hearing before Additional Sessions Judge, Vincent D’Silva, who is the Special Judge to try corruption cases in South Goa, Nagarajan filed the documents before the court.
The public prosecutor will file his reply to the discharge application and the documents at the next date of hearing on April 30.
No witnesses could be examined since the summons returned unserved.
