Aam Aadmi Party’s candidates Alina Saldana, Capt Venzy Viegas, Mahadev Naik, Valmiki Naik and Vishwajeet K Rane are some of the prominent leaders who have filed their nomination papers for their respective constituencies on Thursday.

According to a press note, AAP states that party Cortalim candidate Alina Saldana stated that her main priority is to address the water needs of the people as well as improving internal roads and underground cabling.
Benaulim candidate Capt Venzy Viegas has recently launched a phone number to solicit suggestions from the Benaulim business community and seafarers for developing a manifesto for the Benaulim constituency and predicts this time Benaulim voters will choose AAP.
AAP Shiroda candidate Mahadev Naik stated that the BJP government has failed common Goenkars. “The schemes announced and promoted by the BJP government were not reaching the needy. This coupled with high unemployment is causing concern amongst Goenkars,” he added.
Panaji candidate Valmiki Naik stated, “Even though Panaji is a capital city of Goa, it lacks basic infrastructure. My goal is to brand Panaji as “The most beautiful capital city of India” and to promote it as a family tourism destination. By striving for the No. 1 position in the “Ease of Living Index”, I want to make Panaji one of the best place in the country to live, to do business, and to visit”.
