Rajnath Singh to visit State
VASCO: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will visit the State on September 9, to commission the Indian Coast Guard Ship 'ICGS Saarthi' built by the Goa Shipyard Ltd (GSL).
According to sources, Singh is expected to interact with State BJP leaders during his visit in Goa.
The 'ICGS Saarthi' is an offshore patrol vessel and third in a series of six ships that the Coast Guard has ordered. The GSL has launched the indigenously-built ICGS Saarthi on April 24, 2015.
