Report to me teacher who shouts at you: Parrikar to students

PANAJI: Chief Minister Manohar called on students to report to him if any teacher raises his or her voice for asking
questions.
"If after asking a question, the teacher shouts at you then send me an email. After teacher gives an answer don't end there. The teacher is not a ‘brahmadeo' to know everything," Parrikar said, recalling instances when he deliberately asked questions to embarrass a teacher. I used to ask a question knowing well he or she would not know the answer, he added. Parrikar claimed his thinking was faster than the teacher's. "I used to feel pity for the teacher as he was new. He used to come back the next day and give me the answer. He was never ashamed," Parrikar said adding that the easy way out is to shout at students for asking questions.
