Sand sculpture contest at Colva
PANAJI: The South Goa District-Level Coordination Committee for Tobacco Control, in collaboration with Tourism department, will organise sand sculpture competition at Colva beach on May 29, which will commence at 9 am on the theme 'Tobacco and its ill effects.'
The contest is in two categories - individual or two members.
The winners will be awarded cash prizes in both categories. The mandatory age limit for professional artists is 21 years and above, whereas for students it is 15 to 21 years.
Those interested may collect the entry forms from the South Zone tourism office, New Collectorate Building, Ground floor, Margao, and submit the same to the office or Email to [email protected], by May 26.
