VALPOI: Valpoi Police have booked a developer from Sattari for allegedly developing plots at Nagve-Sattari.
Valpoi Police booked the developer after the Deputy Town Planner of Bicholim, Anand Deshpande filed a complaint.
It is also learnt that hill cutting activity was carried out at at Nagve in Mauxi Panchayat area.
Deshpande raised concern over the controversial erection of poles and development of a makeshift road at the site without obtaining permission from the Town and Country Planning department.
Valpoi Police have registered the complaint as per the Town and Country Planning Act and is investigating the case, informed Valpoi PI Shivram Vaigankar.
