Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) Siddhant Shirodkar has been moved from Pernem to Traffic (North Goa) while Rajesh Kumar, currently holding the Vasco sub-division, replaces him. The two officers are among seven DySPs transferred in an order issued by the Police Headquarters on Tuesday.
DySPs Rupendra Shetgaonkar is posted at Special Branch (North) while Roy Pereira will hold the charge of Goa Reserve Police (A,B,C,D, and E Coys) and Prabodh Shirwaikar is transferred to Traffic (South). Rajan Nigale and Salim Shaikh are transferred to Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) and Vasco sub-division respectively.
Another eight officers, Harishchandra Madkaikar, Nutan Vernekar, Ram Asare, Wilson D’Souza, Sudesh Narvekar, Ashish Shirodkar, Pravinkumar Vast, and Santosh Dessai, who are the junior scale officers, have been given additional charge in addition to their current duties.
