Judge Irshad Aga pronounced the life sentence to Suryakant Gaude.
He was convicted for killing his 75-year-old mother, Sita on March 13, 2012. He was charge sheeted on May 5, 2012. Suryakant was convicted for murder last Wednesday.
Public prosecutor Adv Satyvan Raut Desai appeared for this case.
Gaude had an quarrel with his mother and later killed her. He had stoned his mother, who had sustained multiple injuries on head, chest and other parts of the body. She succumbed to injuries.
