With the objective of expediting the disposal of pending mutation cases and facilitating the timely resolution of such cases, the South Goa district Collector has organised a Special Mutation Camp on October 24 at the respective offices of the Mamlatdars and Joint Mamlatdars across all Talukas of South Goa District, namely Salcete, Ponda and Mormugao.
District Collector, Egna Cleetus has informed that the camp shall be conducted from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the above-mentioned date. Members of the public having pending mutation cases may visit the respective offices of the concerned Mamlatdars/Joint Mamlatdars to seek information regarding their cases and facilitate their disposal in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures. Applicants are advised to bring the relevant documents pertaining to their pending mutation cases.
The Collector has instructed all Mamlatdars and Joint Mamlatdars of South Goa District to ensure the smooth conduct of the camp and take necessary action to facilitate the disposal of the maximum possible number of pending mutation cases, strictly in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures.
