Booth Level Officers held special camps across Margao over the past two days for voter enrolment, including re-enrolment of cases deleted during the SIR process. At a camp at the Zonal Agriculture Office, around seven forms were received, including applications from new voters aged 18-19.

South Goa District Election Officer Egna Cleetus on Thursday reviewed election preparedness and related activities with Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) through a video conference. The review covered voter enrolment camps, Sector Officer and Sector Police Officer training, critical and vulnerable polling stations, rationalisation and other election requirements.

EROs informed that camps were functional at all designated locations and deleted cases had been manually re-verified against the pre-SIR electoral roll, with the final list awaiting BLO confirmation.
