St Cruz panch Lawrence Rodrigues, surrenders before Panaji Police after the Additional Session Court, Panaji rejected his anticipatory bail plea application.

Lawrence Rodrigues was booked by the Panaji police for allegedly forging a bonafide certificate to obtain a caste certificate, that would facilitate his contesting during the panchayat elections.
