State Government increases VAT rate on Petrol by 2%.

Petrol Price Hike to Rs 63.43 a litre

The State Government has increased the Value Added Tax rate on Petrol by 2%, thus increasing the fuel rate by Re 1.08/- per litre. As a result the pertol will now be priced at Rs 63.43 a litre.

The existing rate of 15 percent has been increased to 17 percent following the revision of the rates.

Last date to link Aadhar Card with PAN Card extended

The Central Government on Thrusday extended the last date by four months for linking the Aadhar card to PAN card. Earlier deadline to link the Aadhar and PAN card was 31 August 2017 which has now been extended to 31st December 2017.
