VASCO: CII-Goa Chairperson Blaise Costabir said the State government should stop all files going to ministers unless it is a policy decision. Speaking to reporters during an event of the Verna Industrial Association (VIA), he praised the VIA for being at the forefront on issues of Verna industrial estate and the entire State.
“Recently, there was a landmark judgement by the High Court, where SOPs designed by VIA were used across the State.”
“We are not asking the government for any money. At this time where there is already hampering of transportation due to Covid, I think the government should consider making it faster and easier for industries to operate.”
“One thing that we need to look at is all files going to all ministers should be stopped and each dealing hand should be able to give an answer, unless of course, it is a policy decision,” said Costabir.
