The house which was damaged when a tree came crashing down at Tisk-Ponda.
Two persons were injured when a mango tree fell on a house in Tisk-Ponda on Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, a mango tree fell on the house belonging to Sharad Parsekar in front of the administrative building in Tisk at 2 pm. The roof tiles fell on two persons, including an elderly woman living in a room next to Parsekar's house. Both have been admitted to the Sub-District Hospital in Ponda for treatment.
A fire tender from the Ponda fire station later went to the site and cleared the fallen tree.
