PONDA
According to Ponda police, a group from Vasco had gone for a picnic at Codar at the site located near the government agriculture farm. While they were bathing, Pravin Kumar (20) and Rahul Suryvanshi (20) disappeared in the river. Efforts were made to rescue them before the police and fire services came on the scene. The police and a fire tender went to the site and conducted search operations, but were unable to locate the missing youth.
