Loutolim witnessed an uproar on Monday evening after a vehicle was caught red-handed dumping waste on Communidade property near a Holy Cross.
The incident occurred on Monday evening when the President of Loutolim Communidade, Blaise Britto, caught a rickshaw driver throwing garbage.
The Communidade president informed the Maina-Curtorim Police about the incident for further investigation.
During interrogation, the accused driver of the vehicle mentioned names of individuals who, he claimed, had told him to dispose of the waste.
The Maina-Curtorim Police have registered a case and are investigating.
