Dr Dilip Arolkar, Principal of Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College & Research Centre at Assagao, has appealed to engineering students at Shiroda to be serious and committed to their task.
“Along with knowledge and necessary skills, engineers should be dedicated, focused and disciplined,” said Dr Arolkar, while addressing the prize distribution function of 'Horizon 2016' at Shree Rayeshwar Engineering College at Shiroda.
“To be successful in life, one should stick on to values and ethics,” he added.
College Principal Dr Surendra Rahamatkar commended the award-winning students for their excellence in academics as well as in extracurricular activities and wished them success in their future endeavours.
College general secretary Kaustubh Bhat presented the annual report for the academic year 2015-16 and thanked the management, teachers and the Students’ Council members for their support and guidance in organizing all the events throughout the year.
