In an public stance, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has rooted for ‘Sanatan Dharma’ saying that Goa should be the capital for it.
“The process to establish Sanatan Dharma will start from Sattari and Usgao. It is high time Sanatan Dharma is established in Goa,” Rane said at a public meeting at Poriem last week.
At the meeting, Rane also reaffirmed his commitment to Prime Minister Narendra’s vision for a stronger and prosperous ‘Bharat’. The meeting was held to strengthen the BJP’s outreach and to mobilize grassroot support where the party’s new State chief, Damodar (Damu) Naik was honoured. Poriem MLA Deviya Rane was also present.
Rane also stressed on his support for the Central Waqf (Amendment) Bill which was later passed by both Houses of Parliament.
