MARGAO
Promising a Future Ready Fatorda, Goa Forward Party Chief Vijai Sardesai has made a fervent plea to the voters to make Fatorda a model for the rest of Goa to follow and help take the first step to the defeat of the BJP government in 2022.
Accepting the BJP challenge which has treated the ensuing polls as a semifinal, Sardesai said the Goa Forward will not only win the semifinal, but will ensure the downfall of the BJP in the 2022 electoral battle.
Addressing the media along with the Fatorda Forward candidate, the Goa Forward Chief made a further appeal to the people not to split the votes, saying the rival parties have set up candidates to split votes and held the BJP win the election.
“I appeal to the people to help the panel by giving a complete majority without splitting the votes. If we get a majority, we will take up fast track development, make a future ready Fatorda, which can become a model for Goa to follow”, he said, adding that the victory for the Fatorda Forward will help the Goa Forward take the first step to defeat the BJP in the 2022 husting.
