Will work out a mechanism,says Sawaikar

MARGAO: Commissioner, NRI Affairs, Adv Narendra Sawaikar said the Goa and Indian government is aware of the emerging situation and will work out a mechanism to ensure the safe return of the seafarers after the resumption of international flights.

“We are in touch with the embassies as we are aware of the situation. The government will do everything possible to ensure the safe return of the Goan seafarers back home at the earliest”, Sawaikar added.
