Youth killed in Revora mishap

A youth from Phadtewada-Revora died in a self-accident when his motorcycle fell on the road in Revora on Tuesday evening.

According to reports, the incident took place at about 6.30 pm when Kuldeep Ajit Phadte (28) was returning home on his motorcycle. On the way, he lost control of his two-wheeler near the Union Bank branch and fell on the road along with the bike.

Kuldeep was seriously injured in the accident. He was rushed to the Mapusa District Hospital, but doctors declared him dead. Incidentally, Phadte had recently been injured in a road mishap and had returned home after treatment barely about four days ago.

Colvale PSI Vishnu Jadhav and ASI Anil Pilgaonkar conducted an inquest into the accident.
