125 handed Laadli letters at Cortalim

Cortalim MLA Alina Saldanha, distributed last week, at her office at Upasnagar, Sancoale, 125 Laadli Laxmi sanction letters to the beneficiaries of Cortalim constituency.

Speaking on the occasion,  Saldanha  said  she was happy to see  the joy on the faces of the young ladies who received their sanction letters for the Laadli Laxmi scheme. 

"This is a gift from the government to the young ladies of the state of Goa, which I am sure will go a long way in helping them fulfill a dream or overcome the financial stress at the time of their marriage,”said Saldanha. 

Alina Saldanha thanked the government and informed that a total of 125 sanction letters were handed over to the beneficiaries amounting to a total of Rs1.25 crore.
