Goa recorded 17 more deaths in the past 24 hours for the third time in a row. The cumulative deaths now stand at 2744.
Goa recorded positivity rate of 13.72 % with 567 of the 4,131 samples testing positive for Covid. With 1433 recoveries the active count further dropped to 8,216 and the recovery rate improved to 93.11 %.
There are 465 new home isolated cases, with the cumulative number standing at 1,08,517.
The active cases stand at 8216 while those discharged from the hospital were 99. The bed capacity in Covid care centres in the North is 371 and in the South 230 beds were vacant.
