The Calangute police have disclosed that the accused holding a high level of education and having founded “The Mindful AI Lab” in Bangalore is capable of misleading the investigation. “The accused person is highly educated and running “The Mindful AI Lab” company at Bangalore and there are reasons to believe that she is sharp in mind and capable of misleading the investigation,” reads an extract of the charge sheet.
Citing that the crime is serious wherein she has killed her son, the police maintained that she not only refused to cooperate with the probe but also preferred to remain silent on various issues.
Key evidence to prosecute accused
The police also informed the Court that the victim’s father Venkat Raman has made various disclosures, providing vital inputs to establish the motive of the crime.
