MARGAO
Khareband area of the commercial capital witnessed an uproar late Thursday evening following an assault on two persons at a hotel in the area.
The assailants, numbering around four, were reportedly armed with rods and other weapons. The injured were taken to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, the Margao police are believed to have detained four persons in connection with the incident. The police are investigating.
