*The land at Moti Dongor has come to be indiscriminately been encroached upon by illegal encroachers, who through without any right, title and or interest to the land, have brazenly and demonstrating scant regard for the law, have constructed illegal hutments in the land. They have done so, without obtaining from various authorities, the necessary permissions, which law mandates for constructions, and without even the consent of the owner. Such illegal encroachment and construction has proliferated over large tracts of land at Moni Dongor”
*The land in question at Moti Dongor continues to vest in the Aquem Comunidade as the exclusive owner, adding that the encroachers have not legally acquired any title of whatsoever nature, nor has the same been acquired by the government
*The claim of the encroachers that they have no other accommodation of their own, cannot be a justification to the illegal constructions or structures, nor does it entitle them to escape liability to face the action proposed
