Deposition of the minor girl in the rape case allegedly involving Revenue Minister Atanasio Monserrate resumed in the South Goa district and Sessions Court on Tuesday.
The victim girl was examined by the Prosecution on Tuesday morning when the case came up before Sessions Judge Irshad Agha, who has been appointed by the High Court as a special Judge to try the rape case.
Further evidence of the victim girl will now be recorded in the Court on August 21, 22 and 23.
