The gram sabha of Chinchinim village Panchayat on Sunday discussed the issue of denotification of the Major District Road MDR 42 from Dandeavaddo junction to Chinchinim 2nd Pavlem.
At the meeting Chaired by Sarpanch Frank Viegas, gram sabha members requested to consider their long pending pending grievances regarding. de-notification of the above road as a Panchayat Road with a width of five mts.
The members have called for a Notification for No Entry for heavy vehicles from Dandeavaddo Junction to Chinchinim 2nd Palvem Deussua.
Sarpanch Frank Viegas said the gram sabha has adopted a resolution for the de-notification of the MBR road since the Deussua bypass is already in place.
