CM assures to resolve 7th pay arrears

PANAJI:The CM further assured to resolve the issue of Seventh Pay arrears while emphasizing the transformation of the loss-making Corporation into a profitable agency.  

“I am aware of the issue and will resolve it. KTCL is like a family and needs to work to ensure it turns a profit,” he said, urging cooperation from those concerned.  

Minister for Transport Mauvin Godinho, who was also present at the function, added that as a public transport service provider, KTCL operates on a no-profit and no-loss basis, and is dedicated and committed to serving society.  

Operating for four decades, KTCL officials claim to provide the cheapest bus service to the common people. On this occasion, the first Kadamba, bearing registration number GDX -1, launched in 1980, was stationed at the venue.
