Covid takes 2 more lives

PANAJI

Two more persons succumbed to Covid in Goa in the last 24-hours, taking the toll to 3,212. 

A 65-year-old man from Sawantwadi and a 53-year-old man from Kudal succumbed to Covid at Goa Medical College. 

Goa recorded 86 fresh positive cases out of the 5,727 samples tested. With 82 recoveries, the active Covid count now stands at 856. 

The recovery rate was 97.67%, and patients discharged from hospitals were six. The new patients admitted in hospitals were 20.
