The Crime Branch is likely to summon the complainant occupants of the demolished house for questioning, which it claims is a routine part of the investigation.
Goverment sources told The Goan that the Crime Branch is focusing on more arrests with the case having at least 12 persons identified as accused. So far, five arrests are made in the case.
"The victims will be called for recording of statements. It's a part of the investigation but for now, we are focusing on further arrests and interrogation of the arrested accused," the official said.
Sources also mentioned that while two bouncers were arrested from Belagavi, the CB team remains there as more are yet to be taken into custody.
