Former councillor Nelson Cabral on Monday filed his complaint before the Director of Municipal Administration challenging the electoral roll for the forthcoming Corporation of the City of Panaji elections slated to be held in late March.
Cabral who served a term as councillor when CCP was the Panjim Municipal Council in 1995, said he will legally challenge the rolls if not rectified. He also alleged that the omission is deliberate because he is a contender for the elections and to disqualify him from contesting.
