The fourth ‘Janata Darbar’ to be addressed by social welfare Minister Subhash Phaldesai and Fisheries Minister Nilkanth Halarnkar will be held on October 9.
According to the circular issued by the General Administration Department, Phaldesai will attend the Darbar at Sattari for the people of North Goa and Halarnkar will be at Canacona to address the grievances of the people from South Goa.
“All the Head of Departments / Representatives of the Departments who are often approached by the public will remain present at ‘Janata Darbar’ for facilitating the Minister to deal with the grievances,” the circular stated.
The first such Janata Darbar was held on July 3. The second Janata Darbar was held on August 4 while the third took place on September 4.
