1. Make date entries of all bookings & deliveries of cylinder refills in the Domestic Gas Consumers Card

2. Check if you are listed as an Aadhaar Cash Transfer Compliant (ACTC) consumer or a Non-Cash Transfer Compliant (NCTC) consumer

3. The refill quota for year to an ACTC consumer is 15 while for a NCTC consumer is 12

4. Be prepared with an application for an additional refill.

5. Always remember to record your grievance in the complaint book at the LPG showroom or complain online on website mylpg.in
