GSAI president Frank Viegas has said that as per directives from the Department of Finance, government of Goa Circular ref no. MISC/6/4/2021-Fin (Bud)/part/17600, all heads of departments were directed to ensure that disbursements to beneficiaries under state scheme be made exclusively through Aadhar payment bridge (APB) thus prohibiting via bank accounts.
