Porvorim Police Sub Inspector Sitaram Malik informed that upon getting information from reliable source, Porvorim Police on February 1 between 19.50 hours to 22 hours conducted a raid on a house located behind Copperleaf restaurant near Chogm road and seized liquor worth Rs 4,35,421 stored in the house of Dharmendra Kumar Soni.
The liquor has been handed over to the Excise department.
The raid was conducted by Porvorim Police under the guidance and supervision of Police Inspector Anant Gaonkar, said Malik.
