Former Calangute MLA Agnelo Fernandes on Thursday said Luizinho Faleiro had been humiliated by the State Congress leaders on several occasions.
Speaking to media, Fernandes said, “In the last five years, Faleiro had been humiliated by Congress leaders on several occasions and therefore his name is linked to Trinamool Congress in the last few days”.
Denying having any talks with Trinamool Congress, he however, admitted that he had met iPAC agency run by Prashant Kishor a few days back.
PERNEMTwo persons were killed in separate road mishaps in Pernem taluka on Thursday.According to Pernem Police Inspector Jivba Dalvi, the first mishap took place on the highway at Torsem at about 7.45 am, when a motorcycle was knocked by a truck proceeding on the wrong side.The motorcycle rider, Yogesh Ramchandra Parab of Kudal-Sindhudurg died on the spot.
