The Colva Police have registered an FIR against Ajam Khan, who was allegedly found in illegal possession of and selling e-cigarettes of the “Yuoto” brand at a scrap yard in Seraulim.
A case has been registered against the accused under Section 7 of the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import/Export, Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Act.
