Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has said the tele-consultancy app TeleManas for tele-mental health services achieved the milestone of addressing 1,000 calls in less than a month of its launch.
"Achieving a new milestone, TeleManas Goa receives more than 1,000 calls. It shows the importance of accessible mental health support in the community. #TheGoaModel is making a positive impact!" Rane said in a tweet on 'X' formerly Twitter.
TeleManas offers a comprehensive range of tele-mental health services.
Launching the service in August-end, Rane had said #TeleManas will emerge as a vital solution dedicated to addressing a spectrum of issues with a commitment to utmost privacy.
He had said that it is an endeavour to assist people in overcoming their challenges and fostering psychological wellness.
In another post on 'X' the Health Minister also highlighted the performance of Sodexo Food Services, which supplies food in GMC and all allied government health facilities.
"The Health Ministry's Patient Nutrition Program at GMC introduces state-of-the-art kitchen infrastructure and a dedicated team of 200+ experts trained in food safety and hygiene. Good food, good health and a brighter future! #TheGoaModel," Rane said in the post on 'X'.
