PWD Minister Deepak Pauskar said the newly laid pipeline from Chapoli Dam would help resolve many areas facing water supply problems by March 31.
“Three new 240 HP pumps have been installed and line is being tested, so instead of the present 3 MLD water, over 9 MLD water will be treated and supplied to the people,” said Pauskar.
The minister also instructed the PWD officers to attend to calls from aggrieved residents.
